Lieza Dessein is a project and community manager for Smart. Over the years, Lieza acquired expertise in professional development, crowdfunding and in the management of atypical workspaces. On behalf of Smart, she is in charge of the development of the creative hub Brussel Art Factory (BAF), a 800m² workplace for creative entrepreneurs. The creative hubs of Smart are part of the European Creative Hubs Network developed by the British Council. As the manager of the BAF, she also serves on the steering committee for the creation and definition of this network. Lieza finds tremendous fulfillment in helping individuals in realizing their professional ambitions within a secure and dignified environment.
