Business and activity:

Communications consultant and trainer for associations, firms and european institutions. I am also an invited teacher at several universities and training facilities worldwide.

What can you bring to the Smart project? Which are the skills and experiences that you intend to provide to the Board?

I can offer an international experience, a new perspective, a sensitivity to the challenges faced by a collective entity as well as analytical rigour. My skills in project management are useful to identify the issues, challenges and bottlenecks of a structure. Moreover, I have created and managed an association and a limited liability company (SARL) in France, which gave me a sense of the concrete and taught me to be pragmatic. Participating to the CA allows this approach.

Which are your reasons to apply as a member of the board of directors of the Smart cooperative?

I would like to be part of the cooperative’s Administration Board (CA), because today, at the age of the individual, pairing with the collective is necessary. SMart represents new forms of work and it is necessary to accompany them in order to serve each participant/member. Furthermore, the cooperative should be promoted in Europe and among institutional partners in Belgium. This mission is part of being a member of the CA.

How do you see Smart in the future? What is your vision of the Smart project?

I find answering this question kind of difficult: the project is new, innovative and still has to evolve. I would like to remain attentive to Smart’s policy of opening itself to new publics/professions, in order to conserve the coherence of the project, its soul and its visibility.
