Une d\u00e9cision difficile un peu plus de dix ans apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation par Smart de ce tiers-lieu, abritant des espaces de travail et accueillant de nombreux \u00e9v\u00e8nements.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LaVall\u00e9e n\u2019a jamais atteint l\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e9conomique et n\u00e9cessitait des investissements pour pouvoir mener la poursuite de ses activit\u00e9s avec un impact financier important. C\u2019est avant tout l\u2019\u00e9chec de Smart.
