Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e par le conseil d\u2019administration\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">de\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">SmartCoop<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0en 2019\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">comme th\u00e9matique \u00e0 traiter via la d\u00e9marche participative Smart\u202fin Progress.\u202f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Puis elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9e d\u2019une ann\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire pour \u00eatre approfondie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle belgo-fran\u00e7aise. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559738&quot;:180,&quot;335559739&quot;:180,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En Belgique, 45% des membres sont des femmes et 55% des hommes.\u202fBien que les femmes soient un peu moins de la moiti\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">en Belgique<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, elles sont bien plus repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es chez Smart que dans les statistiques sur les\u202f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ind\u00e9pendant\u2219es<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202fet freelance. C\u2019est une tendance qui se v\u00e9rifie \u00e9galement en France et au sein de l\u2019ensemble des\u202fcoop\u00e9ratives<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">(1)<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Par exemple, en France en 2014, les femmes ne repr\u00e9sentaient que 28% des cr\u00e9ateurs et cr\u00e9atrices d\u2019entreprise hors secteur agricole. Le fait que nous (Smart, l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale) avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 des valeurs peut entrainer un d\u00e9ni de ce qu\u2019il reste \u00e0 faire. Le sujet est souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme secondaire.\u202f<\/span><span
