Elles ont permis aux travailleur\u00b7euses d\u2019\u00e9lire, pour une dur\u00e9e de quatre ans, leurs repr\u00e9sentants au sein du conseil d\u2019entreprise (CE) et du comit\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9vention et la protection du travail (CPPT).<\/p>\n<p>Au sein de Smart, 283 travailleur\u00b7euses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9\u00b7es \u00e0 voter, 57 % d\u2019entre eux ont particip\u00e9 au suffrage.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les r\u00e9sultats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/smartbe.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/SMARTCOOP_Conseil_Y-10.pdf\">Conseil d&rsquo;entreprise<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/smartbe.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/SMARTCOOP_Comite_Y-8.pdf\">Comit\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9vention et la protection du travail<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Mais en fait&#8230; c\u2019est quoi le CE et CPPT ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Le conseil d&rsquo;entreprise (CE)<\/strong> est un organe paritaire au sein duquel l\u2019employeur informe et consulte les repr\u00e9sentant\u2219es des travailleurs. En tant qu&rsquo;organe bipartite, il est compos\u00e9, d&rsquo;une part, du-de la chef\u2219fe d&rsquo;entreprise et de ses repr\u00e9sentant\u2219es et, d&rsquo;autre part, des repr\u00e9sentant\u2219es des travailleur\u2219ses \u00e9lu\u2219es tous les quatre ans par les travailleurs de l&rsquo;entreprise sur base de listes de candidat\u2219es pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par les organisations repr\u00e9sentatives de travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Comit\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9vention et la protection au travail (CPPT)<\/strong> a pour mission de proposer et de contribuer \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre les moyens destin\u00e9s \u00e0 favoriser le bien-\u00eatre des travailleur\u2219ses. Il est compos\u00e9 du-de la chef\u2219fe d\u2019entreprise (ou de ses repr\u00e9sentant\u2219es), des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9\u2219es de la direction, des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9\u2219es du personnel, du conseil en pr\u00e9vention et du m\u00e9decin du travail.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qui peut voter ? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Tou\u2219tes les salari\u00e9\u2219es qui sont sous contrat de travail depuis le 14 f\u00e9vrier 2020 (pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe mutualis\u00e9e de Smart)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Les travailleurs\/soci\u00e9taires Smart, qui sont en CDI ou qui remplissent certaines conditions l\u00e9gales\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Les stagiaires et salari\u00e9\u2219es plac\u00e9\u2219es dans l&rsquo;entreprise pour une formation professionnelle\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00eatre affili\u00e9\u2219e \u00e0 un syndicat pour voter\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Les membres du personnel de direction n&rsquo;ont pas le droit de voter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Quand et comment ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Le vote a eu lieu le jeudi 19 novembre via un vote \u00e9lectronique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qui sont les candidat<\/strong>\u2219<strong>es ?
