Submit this form to reserve your spot in this training session. If the training is fully booked, you will be put on a waiting list. Once a spot becomes available, those on the list will have priority and will be contacted by email as soon as possible. 

PRACTICAL INFO 

If you wish to receive an invoice or certificate of participation, please contact us at opleiding@nullsmart.coop. If you have an Activity with Smart, it is possible to enter this invoice as a business expense. Please let us know if you want to do this when requesting an invoice. 

For those receiving unemployment benefits, participating in this training will not jeopardise your right to these benefits during the days you are at the training. However, you must remain available for work. This means that if you refuse a job offered to you during the training, your reason for refusal may not be related to your participation in the training.

PAYMENT 

Please note that your registration is effective only upon receipt of payment.  

For organisational purposes, we will be forced to cancel the registration of anyone whose payment is not received. 

Two prices are offered for our trainings: a member price and a non-member price. Those considered to be “members” include anyone holding shares in Smart (more information at https://stage.smartbe.be/nl/vennoot-worden/) 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If, for any unforeseen reason, you must cancel your participation in one of our training sessions, you must notify us by email (opleiding@nullsmart.coop) no later than 10 business days prior to the beginning of the training. Except in the case of emergencies (with supporting evidence), all cancellations past this grace period will not be granted and the fees will be due in full. 

Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel any training session that does not reach the required number of registered participants. In such a case, you will be notified one week prior to the beginning of the training at the latest, and your payment will be reimbursed in full.
